At Earth Service Marketers, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality lead generation and digital advertising services for land clearing, excavation, and other service-based businesses. Please review the following policies regarding fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds.

Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment begins immediately after your onboarding call. This call is essential to gather all the information we need to launch your campaigns, set up tracking, and begin generating leads. By proceeding with Earth Service Marketers, you acknowledge that service delivery begins upon completion of this call.

Proposal & Scope Agreement

All services, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a formal proposal or scope agreement. This must be reviewed and approved by the client before any work is initiated. By signing or approving the proposal, you agree to the outlined terms and conditions.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable. Resources, team capacity, and advertising spend are allocated as soon as onboarding is complete.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your services with Earth Service Marketers, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted via email or through the communication channel established during onboarding. Failure to give proper notice will result in full billing for the next month.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to drive consistent leads and improve your return on investment, we do not guarantee specific results. Success in digital marketing is influenced by several external factors, including your market, competition, and platform algorithms which are outside of our control.

Responsibility Disclaimer

Earth Service Marketers is not liable for account issues caused by external platforms, such as Google or Facebook ad account suspensions. However, our team will work with you at no additional charge to troubleshoot and help resolve such issues whenever possible.
